The Room Abu Dhabi is a wellness and fitness studio with several group classes as well as semi-private (small group) classes for everybody.Our Yoga classes range form taking your first yoga steps to re-entering Yoga again regardless of age and ability. A seasoned yoga practitioner won't need much help with the program, but the instructors are especially sympathetic to beginners and are trained to initiate them properly on the path to becoming a The Room is a great place to chill and hangout with your friends and family, and also offers a great 'Happy Kids' program for the young ones to become more physically active through Yoga, Dance, Karate, and Ballet.
