Al Nasr boss Krunoslav Jurcic has expressed his thanks and appreciation to the UAE government for their humanitarian aid to combat coronavirus
Jurcic, 50, was grateful to the UAE government and people for their support to his country Croatia by sending medical aid and supplies to curb the spread of the disease.
The 21-times-capped former midfielder – and squad member of the side that made World Cup 1998’s semi-finals – expressed his admiration for the pioneering role of the UAE on the international level and its standing with all its energy alongside the countries of the whole world, praising the close relations that bring together the two brotherly countries. The 2019/20 Arabian Gulf Cup champion also wished the UAE more progress, stability and prosperity.
Nasr officials and all its affiliates paid their heartfelt condolences to all the victims and those affected around the world by the spread of coronavirus.
At the same time, they praised the pioneering humanitarian role that the UAE plays globally, stressing that the leadership of the Emirates in the field of relief and humanitarian aid comes within the framework of the humanitarian values and principles upon which the UAE was founded.
